If you would like to learn how to grow your own food using the 'Square Foot Gardening' method, then Forth Valley Food Links will be running workshops in Tullibody in March 2010.

The workshops will run at the Tullibody Healthy Living's Spring Health Day on Saturday, 27 March.

Workshop 1 - 11.30 am  - 1.00 pm or

Workshop 2 - 1.30 - 3.00 pm.



The sessions will look in various detail, at what Square Foot Gardening is, its benefits; planning your plot; assembling materials and building your plot; planning your crops; sowing / planting /maintenance; and harvesting and using the fruits of your labour.
