The Forth Valley & West Fife Smallholders' Association held an open panel night in October for people thinking about selling to the public on a small scale.
The event, "Smallscale food producers - going public", attracted a good turn-out to hear the excellent panel of experts from Environmental Health, Trading Standards, the Soil Association and the Scottish Association of Farmers' Markets. Details on the website at http://www.smallholders.info/. |
