Forth Valley Food Links has been running a number of Square Foot garden 'taster' sessions and workshops throughout Forth Valley over the summer months.  Square Foot Gardening is a different method of growing food that uses less space and inputs than conventional gardening.

Health Promoting Health Service Fruit & Vegetable Sub-Group PDF Print E-mail

Forth Valley Food Links has been involved in the sub-group to discuss ways of increasing the uptake of, and making fruit and vegetables more available to staff, patients and visitors in Forth Valley's acute hospitals.  The group is aiming to pilot the scheme in the new Clackmannan Community Hospital in partnership with WRVS, and is currently developing a plan to determine needs and options for establishing a retail outlet there.
