Congratulations to the 11 Forth Valley groups who were recipients of the Community Food & Health Scotland Grants.

Awards were made for schools and community groups to undertake actvities from growing schemes to cooking classes. Those involved in growing projects are: Killearn Health Centre, to set up a small fruit and veg barrow; the Scottish Society for Autism will be developing an allotment and greenhouse in the William Simpson Vegetable Garden in Alloa; the Sunlite Cafe in Stirling run by Lets Make it Better will be undertaking a range of food activity workshops; and Claremont Primary School in Alloa will be growing produce for their healthy tuck shop.
