Want a FREE Listing in the Directory?
We would welcome more listings from businesses or community projects who produce, grow, process, sell or serve produce originating from Clackmannanshire, Falkirk or Stirling Local Authority areas.
Here's how...
You can add an entry yourself on-line, or you can contact us with details and we will do it for you.
To add an entry yourself...
-
After clicking on the 'Add Entry' link, you will be taken to the 'Add New Entry' page.
- Enter your business or project name in the 'Entry Title' box, then choose an icon marker that best describes your business. Complete all the other boxes, and add a description of your business and / or produce in the 'Description' box.
- There are other boxes below that give additional details like ordering, deliveries, who you sell to, seasonal availability, and produce categories. You can select as many of these that apply.
- To add the icon for your busines to the map, press the 'Fetch Co-ordinates'button, and an icon should be automatically added to the map. A word of caution...due to Google Map's idiosynchracies, it might not be possible for Google to find your post code. If this is the case, then you can add the Latitude and Longitude of your post code, if you have it. You can get the Latitude and Longitude of your post code by going to http://www.multimap.com and typing in your post code.
- In the 'Logo' box, you can upload your logo or a photo to the entry by clicking on 'Browse' and uploading it. the image must be no larger than 300 Kb.
- In the 'Meta Keywords' box, add up to 5 key words, separated by a semi-colon, that will best describe your business or products, then add a description of your business / products in the 'Meta Description' box.
- Click on the '+' signs next to 'Business Type' to select from the list of categories and also next to 'Business Description'. You can add up to 5 categories for your listing.
- Once you have added all your details, please read the Forth Valley food Links 'Terms of Use', and if you agree, then please tick the box accepting them, and enter the 'Safety Code' that you see under the 'Terms of Use' in the box to the right of the screen.
- Click 'Send' to submit your details. An email alert for your entry will be sent to forth Valley Food Links who will check your entry before publication. This is so that food originating in Forth Valley is given the spotlight and level of promotion it deserves.
We may be in touch with you for further details before publication of the listing.
Thank you and we look forward to hearing from you.
